Supporting Pupil Wellbeing

Wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all; it looks different for every pupil.

This course helps you explore what truly supports pupil wellbeing—and how to do more of it. You’ll focus on three key areas:

1. Yourself: Understanding your own thoughts, habits and responses is the foundation for supporting others. Self-awareness takes practice—but it gets easier over time.

2. Your pupils: Explore how pupils understand and manage their emotions, strengths, and needs.

3. Evidence-based practice: Build a practical toolkit grounded in proven wellbeing approaches.
